Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Transactions on this site are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the rules made under it, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 together with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). The laws of India apply to these terms and to any order placed here.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable charges — we are not registered for GST because turnover stays below the applicable registration threshold in India, so GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number is issued — the listed price is the amount payable. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error we will tell you before dispatch and let you confirm or cancel; we will not quietly ship at a different price.

Product information

Dimensions, capacity and material are taken from the manufacturer’s specification and stated as theirs. Photographs are lit for clarity and colour reproduction varies between screens. A rack described as holding a number of pairs assumes ordinary adult footwear; boots and high-tops take more room.

Warranties

Goods are sold on the manufacturer’s specification. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond what that specification states. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We do not offer a separate six-month or manufacturer-backed warranty scheme through this shop; what we do offer is replacement or refund for goods damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or short on delivery.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or republish the catalogue, product photography or descriptions from this site, nor place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe either is happening.

Changes

We may amend these terms; the version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
