What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Free from ₹999; a flat ₹49 below that. We dispatch in 1-2 business days and the courier takes 4-8 business days anywhere in India — usually 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere end to end.

How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal.

Do you assemble or fit the rack?

No. We deliver to your gate or building entrance. Assembly, and any drilling or wall-mounting a listing calls for, is your carpenter’s work.

How many pairs will it actually hold?

The pair count on a listing is the manufacturer’s figure and assumes ordinary adult footwear laid flat. Boots, high-tops and sports shoes take noticeably more room, so read the shelf height and depth rather than the headline number.

Can I return something that did not suit the space?

Within 10 days of delivery, yes — provided it is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging with the invoice. An item that has been drilled or wall-mounted counts as used.

Is there a warranty?

No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty offered through this shop, and we will not claim one. What is covered is an item that arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or short of its listed contents: send the unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace or refund.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel. If it stops moving for two working days, write to us and we will chase the hub.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. The Shoes Container is online-only; the address on our invoices is a registered office and packing room, not a counter, so there is nothing to visit or collect from.
