Where your order ships from

Every parcel leaves our own room in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. We hold what we list — nothing is drop-shipped from a third warehouse, so what the page says is in stock is what we can pack.

Handling

Orders are picked, checked against the listing and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday join the next working day’s pick list.

Delivery across India

After handover the courier takes 4-8 business days anywhere in India. Metro addresses are usually at the earlier end of that range; smaller towns and hill routes sit at the later end. Counting the handling window, the usual total is 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere from the order.

Shoe racks, cabinets and larger organisers travel as freight-line parcels rather than through a document network, and delivery is to your gate or building entrance — not carried upstairs and not assembled.

What shipping costs

Free shipping applies from ₹999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹49 is charged whatever the parcel weighs, shown in the cart before you pay. There is no handling fee and no packing fee added afterwards.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery sits alongside UPI and is available nationwide. A few distant PIN codes fall outside our courier partners’ COD network; the checkout says so before you confirm, and we do not charge a COD convenience fee.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed and texted on the first courier scan. If nothing moves for two working days, write to care@shoescontainer.shop with the order number and we will chase the hub rather than ask you to.
